Upemba Urgent Appeal

Our current urgent appeal is raising funds to support the frontline ranger team at Upemba National Park in the DRC, who recently suffered a devastating militia attack on their headquarters. Tragically, 7 staff members were killed. Despite their loss, this brave and dedicated team are trying to get back on their feet, but much of their equipment was stolen or damaged in the attack.

With your help we aim to replace and repair the motorbikes that are vital to the effectiveness of their Rapid Response Team – enabling them to respond quickly and more safely to potential threats and incidents in the park.

Please help if you can – any donation big or small will make a difference.
